What is your exchange policy?

We understand that sometimes things happen out of your control and you may need to change your reservations.

If you have called-in your reservations using our automated voice mail system, there are two ways that you can notify us of any change:

• Call 317-862-2270, and press "1" to leave us a message to change or cancel your reservations.
• You may also contact us to let us know.  In your message, please be sure to tell us (1) the name your reservation is under, (2) your phone number, in case we have questions, (3) date of the performance your reservations are for, and (4) information needed to change (or cancel) your reservation.
  
  

If you have reserved and paid for your tickets online, you can exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production up to 90 minutes prior to the performance time (Eastern Standard Time).  

PLEASE NOTE: You will need the admission code and the exchange link e-mailed to you in your confirmation in order to make an exchange.

Exchanges are not possible If you do not complete the process online within 90 minutes of the performance time.
