What is your exchange and refund policy?
There are no refunds for tickets purchased online.
We understand that sometimes things happen out of your control and you may need to exchange or change your reservations.
If you have reserved and paid for your tickets online, you can exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production up to 60 minutes prior to the performance time (Eastern Standard Time). You will need the admission code and the exchange link sent to you in your ticket confirmation e-mail in order to make an exchange.
If you have called-in your reservations using our automated voice mail system, there are two ways that you can notify us of any change:

- Call 317-862-2270 to leave a message to change or cancel your reservations.
- You may also contact us to let us know. In your message, please be sure to tell us (1) the name your reservation is under, (2) your phone number in case we have questions, (3) date of the performance your reservations are for, and (4) information needed to change (or cancel) your reservation.
