Once the automated voicemail connects, you will hear the performance dates, times, pricing, and a brief description of the current production. You may bypass that information at any time by pressing the "#" key on your telephone. Pressing this key will take you directly to the beep to leave your reservation information.
At the tone, please leave the following information so that your seats may be reserved:
Please realize that we are an all-volunteer organization with no paid staff. We are not able to call you back unless there is a problem with your reservations. If you'd like to receive a reservation confirmation, please clearly provide your e-mail address in your reservation message, and one will be e-mailed to you once your reservations have been processed.
Payment can be made by cash, personal check, Visa, or Mastercard at the box office when you arrive. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the performance time in order to pay for your seats.
*Any seats not claimed 15 minutes prior to curtain time may be sold at the discretion of our box office volunteers for any sold-out performances.
**If you are unable to attend and need to cancel all or part of your phoned-in reservations, please call (317) 862-2270 or contact us to notify us in advance.

- The date of the performance you wish to attend
- The number of adult, student, senior citizen, or flex pass reservations you will need (PLEASE NOTE: Flex Passes are not accepted for fundraisers or Playhouse Players Youth Productions.)
- Telephone number to contact you if there are problems with your reservations
- Special needs or handicapped accessible seating requirements
- If you'd like to receive a reservation confirmation, please clearly spell out your e-mail address and one will be generated for you when your reservations are entered into our system.
