AVAILABLE ROLES:
Mollie Ralston- Age 20s to early 30s. New owner/hostess of Monkswell manor. Anxious about hosting for the first time. Married to Giles
Giles Ralston- 20's to 30's. Owns Monkswell Manor with his wife. Somewhat gets jealous of the attention that Mollie gives over guests.
Christopher Wren- 20's to 30's. Age 20s to 30s. The first guest to arrive at the hotel, Wren is a hyperactive young man who acts in a very peculiar manner.
Major Metcalf- Age 40s to 60s. Major Metcalf is middle-aged, square-shouldered, military in manner and bearing. He is friendly and very polite, and serves as a good counter to Mrs. Boyle during the play’s first act.
Miss. Caswell- Age 20s to 30s. A strange, aloof, somewhat masculine woman who speaks offhandedly about the horrific experiences of her childhood.
Mr. Paravaccini- Age 30s to 50s. A man of unknown provenance who turns up claiming his car has overturned in a snowdrift.
Sgnt. Trotter- cheerful, common-place man who arrives at the guest house on skis to investigate Monksworth Manor
Miss. Boyle- Age 40s to 60s. Mrs. Boyle is an imposing woman in a bad temper; she complains about everything. She is disapproving of every effort that Mollie and Giles produce to make her comfortable

SYNOPSIS:
The scene is set when a group of people gathered in a country house cut off by the snow discover, to their horror, that there is a murderer in their midst. Who can it be? One by one the suspicious characters reveal their sordid pasts until at the last, nerve-shredding moment the identity and the motive are finally revealed.
