Buck Creek Playhouse will hold open auditions for the Indianapolis premiere of the 2014 Tony Award winning musical, A GENTLEMAN'S GUIDE TO LOVE AND MURDER by Robert L. Freedman and Steven Lutvak on Monday and Tuesday, February 3 and 4, 2020, at 7 p.m. at the playhouse, 11150 Southeastern Avenue. Director D. Scott Robinson and Musical Director Jill Stewart are looking for a diverse group of five men and six women (ages 20 and up) for this production. All roles are available.
AUDITION PREPARATION
- Please be prepared to sing 16-32 bars of a prepared song showing your vocal range. An accompanist will be provided.
- You may be asked to read from the script or sing from the score. Please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page to view a copy of the script beforehand.

- Callbacks will be held on the afternoon of Saturday, February 15, 2020.
- Please bring resume and head shot, if available.
- A GENTLEMAN'S GUIDE TO LOVE AND MURDER is scheduled for nine performances, weekends June 5-21, 2020. Please bring a list of all conflicts from April through June 2020.
- Rehearsals are tentatively set to begin on Monday, April 6, 2020.
