B I D D I N G    G U I D E L I N E S

 

  1. Bids may not occur until a completed Bidding Contract has been signed and submitted to Buck Creek Players, Inc.
  2. All bidders must be at least eighteen years of age by Friday, May 29, 2009.
  3. Bidding will commence at 12:01 a.m. EST on Friday, May 29, 2009, and continue until 11:59 p.m. EST on Sunday, June 14, 2009.
  4. Minimum bid for each role is $25.
  5. Once bidding has opened for a particular part, bids may continue in increments of no less than $5.
  6. You may not bid on anyone else's behalf.  This includes children and spouses.
  7. You may only bid on one role at a time.  If you are then outbid, you may switch your bidding to another role if you choose.
  8. It is stongly encouraged to submit a proxy bid.   If you submit a proxy bid, you are authorizing a representative from Buck Creek Players to bid on your behalf (in $5 increments) up to the maximum amount that you have designated.  Once your maximum amount has been reached and/or outbid, you may then submit another proxy bid if you so desire.
